How is usage counted?

In finished videos and finished images, the two things you actually get. There are no credits, tokens, or points to convert. If a generation fails, it does not count against your plan.

What is the difference between daily and signature video?

Both grades produce strong sixteen-second product videos from your catalog. Daily is built for volume: excellent results at a price that makes steady posting realistic. Signature pushes further on photorealism, product consistency, and fine detail, with fewer visible AI artifacts on text, edges, and small parts. Signature plans include fewer videos because each one costs more to produce.

Why is Signature more expensive?

Signature video is produced at a higher grade, so those plans include fewer videos per month. You get stronger photorealism, better consistency on the product itself, and fewer issues with fine details, text, and small artifacts. Daily video is still excellent for keeping your calendar full. Planning, copy, scoring, and publishing are the same on both.

What does the enhanced-masters add-on do?

It runs every finished video through a 60fps enhancement pass for motion interpolation plus artifact, noise, and detail work. It does not change resolution. That is set by your plan before anything is generated. It is priced per video per month and applies to your whole allowance, and if the pass ever fails your original master is what ships.

Can I choose the video grade per video?

No, and that is deliberate. Your plan owns one video grade, so a video always costs what your plan says it costs and you never have to price a render before making it. If you need signature video, move to a Signature plan. The switch is self-service.

Does publishing to more networks use up my plan faster?

No. One asset published to every connected network counts as one image or one video. Your plan limits what you create, never where it goes.

Do unused videos and images roll over?

Plan amounts reset each billing period. One-time image top-ups stay on your balance until you use them.

Which networks can I publish to?

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Reddit, Telegram, Snapchat, and Google Business Profile are supported. X is available as an add-on and included with Always On.

Do you need my social passwords?

No. You authorize each network through its own sign-in flow via a certified social API partner. We never see, store, or transmit your credentials, and you can revoke access at any time.

Can I review posts before they go live?

Yes. Every workspace starts in review mode. Content waits in an approvals queue until you approve it. Switch to fully automatic publishing whenever you want.

Can I change plans or add extras?

Any time, from the billing page, without talking to anyone. Moving within a group takes effect immediately. Moving between Daily and Signature waits until any video already in progress has finished, usually a few minutes.

How does the free trial work?

7 days, 1 video + 5 images. Card required. Cancel before day 7 and pay nothing. Trial videos are always 16-second daily video, including when you start checkout on a Signature plan. Signature video starts when your paid subscription begins.

Why is X (Twitter) priced separately?

Because X charges per API call and those charges are passed through to us at cost, up to $0.20 for a single post carrying a link, where every other network is effectively free. Rather than raising everyone's price to cover it, X is a $19/month add-on for the businesses that want it. It is included on Always On.
